The people of Haiti need your help now!

A devastating 7.0-magnitude earthquake struck Haiti last week, flattening the entire city of Port-au-Prince. Water Missions International needs your help to bring immediate relief to the victims of this disaster, which has occurred in one of the most impoverished countries in the world.

The earthquake struck just before 5:00pm EST on Tuesday, January 12, just 10 miles west of the nation’s capital, Port-au-Prince. Aftershocks measuring 5.0 on the Richter scale rocked the region even further into shambles.

The situation is dire and the death toll could surpass 200,000. Right now, safe drinking water is the most vital need of the victims in Haiti.

Water Missions International has staff on the ground in Port-au-Prince and is working around the clock to prepare water purification systems to aid earthquake victims.
