Rugged Transportation Vehicles for Haiti

On Sunday, Water Missions International shipped another load of equipment destined for Port-au-Prince, Haiti. In the shipment, which will go to Ft. Pierce, Florida first, were two work vehicles, two motorcycles and various water system equipment. The vehicles and water treatment equipment is scheduled to arrive Haiti by the weekend.

Currently, 41 water systems are on the ground in Haiti, and eight more systems are in route. We also learned today that our team in Haiti had an interview with NBC. This footage will provide invaluable insight into the harsh conditions in Haiti. Watch for the footage on the NBC Nightly News on Monday.

I am so excited to be a part of WMI as a volunteer. I can't wait to get on the ground in Haiti and get to work on these units. God has blessed WMI in ways that are nothing short of miracles. See you on Friday!
