WMI Receives "4-star" Rating

For the fourth consecutive year, Water Missions International has been awarded Charity Navigator’s coveted 4-star rating for its ability to efficiently manage and grow its finances. According to Charity Navigator, “only 8% of the charities rated have received at least four consecutive 4-star evaluations, indicating that Water Missions International consistently executes its mission in a fiscally responsible way, and outperforms most charities in America. This ‘exceptional’ designation from Charity Navigator differentiates Water Missions International from its peers and demonstrates to the public it is worthy of their trust.”

Charity Navigator is a charity rating agency that works to guide intelligent giving. They help charitable givers make intelligent giving decisions by providing information on over five thousand charities and by evaluating the financial health of each of these charities. They ensure their evaluations are widely used by making them easy to understand and available to the public free of charge. By guiding intelligent giving, they aim to advance a more efficient and responsive philanthropic marketplace, in which givers and the charities they support work in tandem to overcome our nation's most persistent challenges.

Water Missions International is honored to receive a fourth consecutive “4-Star” rating. We thank you for your trust and continued support!

I became aware of your program while searching for a good charity to help me support the Haitian earthquake disaster. I read an AP newswire story about the WMI organization and visited this website and then reviewed the ratings at Charity Navigator's site.

I will be making a monthly gift and encourage all who read this to do the same if you are financially able to do so.

Thank you WMI for all that you do.
