Did you know you could double or even triple the impact of your gift to Water Missions International by participating in your employer's matching gift program?
Many employers encourage philanthropic giving. Oftentimes, those employers will match your charitable contribution to nonprofit organizations with an equal or higher amount if you are an employee, director, retiree or board member. Water Missions International is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which is an important qualification for many companies' matching gift programs.
Here’s how to get started!
- First, find out if your employer has a matching gift program.
- If your employer participates, obtain a matching gift application form. Usually this form is obtained through your employer’s Human Resources Department. Many companies also have this form available on their Web sites.
- Complete the matching gift application form and send it to:

- WMI will complete the remainder of the form and send it to your employer.
- Your employer will send the matching gift to WMI.
