Today, 49 flags hang in the production facility of Water Missions International. Each one represents a country where a water project has been completed. Currently, we have full-time staff working in nine countries: Indonesia, Malawi, Kenya, Uganda, Mexico, Haiti, Belize, Peru and Honduras. We've also responded to disasters or collaborated with a partner organization to serve safe water in the following countries: Turkey, El Salvador, Mozambique, Afghanistan, Belize, Cuba, Tanzania, Ecuador, Guam, Iraq, Dominica Republic, Grenada, Guatemala, Thailand, Rwanda, Romania, Cook Islands, Bolivia, Pakistan, North Korea, Nicaragua, Bangladesh, India, China, Myanmar, Nigeria, Nepal, Sierra Leone, Congo, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Burkina Faso, Philippines, Cambodia, St. Lucia, Burundi, Togo, and Cameroon.
Assessments have been ordered and requests considered for several other countries in South East Asia, Central America, and Africa.
